Viewing Where a Shared asset is in use

The Site Impact section, available in each asset’s properties, lists all templates and pages where the asset is used. With one quick look, you know exactly where the asset is used across all sites, templates, and pages.

Use the following steps to view the site impact of a shared asset:

1) Open the page containing the shared asset.

2) Click the edit shared asset icon.

3) Navigate to the Site Impact section and expand it to display the contents.

4) A list of Pages using this asset and Templates using this asset will be displayed.

5) Under Actions, you can open or preview the pages using the asset.
